The shrub is characterized by its large size, reaching 1.4–1.6 m in height and up to 1.5 m in diameter. The shoots are upright and strong. The inflorescences have a flat shape: small fertile flowers are located in the center, surrounded by larger sterile flowers 2.5–3 cm in diameter.

The petal color is bright pink, sometimes with a yellowish hue. Flowering occurs on last year's woody shoots, and the variety can develop successfully both in partial shade and in the sun, demonstrating resistance to hot climates. The plant prefers fertile, moist, and well-drained soils.
