Variety description

The shrub forms a dense rounded crown, reaching a height of 0.5 to 2.0 m depending on growing conditions. The leaves are large, ovate, dark green, with serrated edges; in their young stage or in autumn, they may have a reddish or bronze tint.

The inflorescences are spherical, large, up to 20–25 cm in diameter. The petals are cream-white with a bright pink-red margin; as flowering progresses, the color deepens or acquires greenish-red antique tones. Flowering is prolonged, from June to September.

The variety is remontant and sets buds on the previous year's shoots. It possesses winter hardiness in zones 5–6, withstanding temperature drops down to -20°C...-23°C. Due to the large inflorescences, the shoots may require support.
