The tree is characterized by an upright crown shape, which is described as rounded and semi-open. The mature plant reaches 15–20 meters in height. The foliage has a bronze tint when emerging.
The fruits are large, up to 5 cm in diameter, have a brown-green husk, and are easily extracted from the shell. Ripening occurs in September–October, and the flowering period falls in May–June. The variety is not prone to early vegetative awakening, which reduces the risk of damage from spring frosts.
The variety is self-pollinating, possesses high winter hardiness (zone 5A–9B), and is resistant to wind. It is suitable for cultivation in various soil types, including heavy clay, loam, and sand, and also tolerates air pollution.
