The tree is characterized by slow growth, reaching 6–8 meters in height and 5–7 meters in crown width. Flowering occurs in May; the variety is protandrous and capable of self-pollination. The harvest matures in late September – early October.

The nuts have an oval shape with a point and a diameter of 36–44 mm. The shell is thin, and the kernel percentage is approximately 49%. The kernel possesses high taste qualities and is easily extracted from the shell.

The variety has good winter hardiness and drought tolerance, although it is sensitive to late spring frosts. A susceptibility to anthracnose and bacterial blight is noted.
