The variety is of the diploid type and is characterized as mid-late. It possesses rapid development and forms an intensive stand, which contributes to effective weed suppression. The variety is distinguished by low susceptibility to lodging and low susceptibility to powdery mildew.

The plant is used as a primary crop for fodder production, as a green manure crop in crop rotations, and as a cover grass for rapid soil coverage. The variety has high yield potential, especially in late cuts, and is valued for the high nutritional value of the harvested produce.
