The variety is diploid and demonstrates average dry matter yield indicators during spring and autumn sowings. The plant has a weak tendency to form ears in the year of sowing and is distinguished by good winter hardiness.
Regarding diseases, the variety shows average or fairly good resistance to rust. The infection rates for crown rust are estimated at 4.4–4.8 points, and for stem rust at 3.1 points on a nine-point susceptibility scale.
The variety is intended for use as part of agricultural forage grass mixtures. The crop is valued for its high yield potential and reliability as an intermediate link for obtaining winter roughage.
