The variety is diploid and is distinguished by rapid development after sowing. It possesses high resistance to rust and leaf spot, as well as low susceptibility to lodging. The variety effectively suppresses weeds and is suitable for up to six cuts per season.
The main dry matter yield is formed in late cuts. The variety is intended for field forage production, in particular for hay harvesting. The recommended seeding rate for pure sowing is 40–45 kg/ha, for overseeding — 20–25 kg/ha, seed sowing depth is 1–2 cm.
