The variety is of the turf type and is intended for creating dense turf covers on sports fields, golf courses, and park areas. The plant possesses a dark green color, fine leaf texture, and the ability to germinate rapidly when overseeding worn areas.
The variety's breeding is aimed at increasing genetic resistance to gray leaf spot, crown rust, leaf spot, and red thread. Due to the presence of endophytes in the tissues, the variety possesses increased protection against pests and stress conditions, but is not suitable for livestock grazing due to the toxicity of these fungi to animals.
