The variety is intended exclusively for professional landscape and sports turf use, and not for agricultural forage production. The plant is characterized by a very dark green color, fine leaf texture, and the ability to form a dense turf.
The ryegrass possesses high resistance to a number of diseases, including leaf spot, red thread, brown patch, as well as crown rust and stem rust. The variety demonstrates good tolerance to salinity, drought, and intensive mechanical wear at various mowing heights.
Seedlings emerge within 3–7 days under favorable conditions. A biological feature of the variety is the presence of endophytes, which contribute to increasing the plant's resistance to insects and external stress factors.
