The variety is intended for the arrangement of sports grounds, golf courses, parks, and home lawns, as well as for overseeding. Plants possess a saturated dark green color, which is maintained during the winter period, and high turf density suitable for mowing at various heights.

The plant demonstrates pronounced tolerance to drought, soil salinity, and winter cold. The variety is resistant to gray leaf spot, red thread, crown rust, and pink snow mold. It is distinguished by the ability for rapid recovery of damaged areas and high endophyte content.
