The variety is intended for the creation of high-quality turf cover. It possesses high turf density, fine leaf texture, and a saturated dark green color. The plant is capable of rapid rooting and effective recovery after mechanical damage.
The plant possesses high genetically determined resistance to rust, gray leaf spot, red thread, and other fungal infections. A high level of endophyte content ensures natural protection against pests and increased stress tolerance during the summer period.
The variety finds application in professional landscaping, including sports grounds and golf courses. It is also effective in the creation of grass mixtures and is used for winter overseeding (sowing into dormant warm-season grass).
