The variety is a mutant obtained by irradiating seedlings of the species Lonicera periclymenum. The plant forms shoots 1.5 to 4 meters high, possesses dark green foliage, and is characterized by winter hardiness down to -20°C, successfully adapting to heat and humidity conditions.
Flowering occurs from mid-June to July; the buds have a dark carmine shade, which transitions to creamy white and pink colors upon opening. After flowering ends, decorative glossy red berries form on the vine.
