Fruits are of medium to large size, weighing 140–200 g, and have the ribbed shape characteristic of Calvilles, a green color with a red blush, white, firm, fine-grained, juicy flesh, and a sweet-and-sour, spicy taste.

The variety is classified as a winter variety: harvest occurs in mid-October, consumer maturity is reached from December, and fruits can be stored until May. The wood has high winter hardiness, and the flowers have moderate resistance to spring frosts.

If harvested prematurely, the fruits are prone to rapid shriveling, so it is necessary to adhere to the harvest dates. The variety is demanding in terms of growing conditions and may show susceptibility to fungal diseases under unfavorable conditions.
