The tree is characterized by strong or medium-strong growth and forms a high-domed crown. With age, the branches have a tendency to lean, which often gives the crown a drooping appearance.

The variety has a very late and prolonged flowering period, which lasts from May to June, ensuring high resistance to spring frosts. The plant is characterized by being extremely undemanding regarding soil and growing conditions.

The fruits are of medium size and possess a variety of color shades, which is why the variety received the local nickname "paint box". By its characteristics, it belongs to the rennet group and is used primarily as a dessert variety.
