The tree is characterized by very vigorous triploid growth and a tendency for branches to become bare, therefore the use of dwarfing rootstocks is recommended. The variety is self-infertile; bitter pit of the fruit is possible during the active growth period, and thinning is required to prevent deformation.

Fruits are medium to large in size, flat-round in shape with a dark red overcolor. The flesh is firm, crisp, juicy, and possesses a harmonious sweet-sour taste. The variety exhibits multiple resistance to scab and tolerance to powdery mildew, which is suitable for organic gardening.
