The tree is vigorous with a powerful, widely spreading crown, possessing winter-hardy wood suitable for mountainous regions. The variety enters bearing late and is characterized by average yield and a tendency toward alternate bearing.

The fruit is large, round or conical in shape. The ground color of the skin is greenish-yellow, the cover color appears as cherry-red stripes or a diffused blush. The flesh is creamy white, juicy, and the taste is sweet with a slight acidity and aroma.

The variety is relatively resistant to scab, but susceptible to powdery mildew and canker on heavy soils; it does not tolerate waterlogging. The harvest is collected in September, and the fruit is suitable for storage until December.
