The tree in its young age grows moderately or vigorously, having a high-arched or broadly rounded, well-branched crown. The wood is brittle. The fruits are medium-sized, ranging in shape from flat-round to round-conical with slight ribbing.

The skin of the fruits at maturity is yellow with bright red stripes or streaks. The flesh is white or cream-colored, juicy, with a refreshing sour taste. The variety is a summer type; the fruits ripen in August and are not intended for long-term storage.

The variety is characterized by early bearing, high and regular yield, which requires fruit thinning. It possesses high winter hardiness, however, it is susceptible to scab, canker, and powdery mildew depending on environmental conditions.
