The tree has high vigor, an upright habit, and a semi-spur type of crown. Fruiting occurs mainly on spurs. Flowering occurs in mid-early periods in mid or late April.

Fruits are large, slightly elongated in shape with rough yellow-red skin. The flesh is cream-colored, with a crunchy texture, and has a sour taste. The variety is distinguished by high keeping quality and can be stored until spring in traditional storage facilities.

The variety is prone to biennial bearing. Fruits are consumed fresh and in processed form, for example, for juice production. The variety is characterized as rustic, adapted to local climatic conditions.
