The variety was obtained by crossing Latkrimson and BM41497. The tree is characterized by moderate vigor and a spreading crown that requires regular pruning. The variety is winter hardy and suitable for organic cultivation due to its genetic resistance to fungal diseases, including scab, powdery mildew, and fruit rot.

Fruits reach 70–80 mm in diameter. The skin is yellow with a bright orange-red blush. The flesh is yellowish, with a pinkish tint under the skin, juicy and crisp, with a sweet-and-sour taste. When stored in a cellar, the fruits retain their consumer quality until February–March.
