The tree is moderately vigorous, with an upright, spreading crown and shoots that tend to droop in the second year of growth. Fruits are medium to large in size, round-conical, and often irregular in shape. The skin is smooth, waxy, pale yellow in color with a light pink or red blush.

The flesh is creamy, juicy, sweet, and has a mild flavor and a specific aroma reminiscent of banana or musk. The fruits are intended primarily for fresh consumption and juice production. The variety requires careful handling, as the fruits are soft and store poorly under industrial conditions.

The tree is considered relatively undemanding, however, it is characterized by high susceptibility to scab and some susceptibility to fire blight.
