The variety is a hybrid of the Aroma variety and the American breeding line PRI 1858/102. The main breeding goal when creating the variety was to obtain an apple tree resistant to scab, which allows for fruit cultivation without the use of fungicides.

Fruits ripen in October and possess good keeping quality, lasting until March-April. The variety was tested under the conditions of the 3rd climate zone of Sweden. In adverse conditions without proper maintenance, the trees may exhibit weak development.
