Variety description

The tree is vigorous with 'short' wood, which requires branch bending for crown formation. Productivity is average; yield in the first years after planting is low, and difficulties with fruit set are observed.

Fruits are elongated-conical in shape, bicolored, and medium to large in size (56–96 g), with a bitter taste and pronounced astringency. The variety is characterized by high sugar content and tannin levels.

The variety has low to medium susceptibility to scab and low susceptibility to powdery mildew; however, medium to high susceptibility to canker and instances of fire blight infection have been noted. In the first years of cultivation, the variety requires caution in regions prone to canker.
