The rootstock belongs to the Geneva series and is comparable in vigor to M.9 or slightly exceeds it. It is characterized by high resistance to fire blight, Phytophthora, and apple replant disease, however, it shows susceptibility to woolly apple aphid.
The plant is distinguished by good graft compatibility, high yield, and the ability to precociously enter the fruiting stage. The rootstock develops best in loamy soils and possesses satisfactory transplanting tolerance.
