The tree is characterized by high vigor and an upright-spreading crown. The variety is self-sterile and forms fruit buds on spurs. The harvest is collected at the end of September.

Fruits are large or very large, oblate-round in shape, and often ribbed. The ground color of the skin varies from pale green to whitish-yellow, almost completely covered by a bright red blush. The flesh is white, sometimes with a pink tint, firm and juicy.

Flavor qualities develop after a storage period: the flesh becomes sweet with refreshing acidity and a balsamic aroma. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and for producing pink-colored juice; they retain their commercial quality in storage for up to three months.
