The tree is vigorous, forming a spreading, broad-rounded crown. Fruits are medium to large in size, flat-round, and often ribbed. The skin is smooth, light yellow with a bright scarlet or dark red blush and a glaucous bloom. The flesh is white, sometimes with a pinkish tint, firm, juicy, and fine-grained.

The flavor of the fruits is sweet-sour, with a distinct aroma. Harvest maturity occurs at the end of September; fruits store for up to three months. The variety is triploid, possesses high susceptibility to scab, fruit rot, and apple mosaic virus, and is moderately susceptible to powdery mildew.
