The tree is vigorous, forming a broad spreading crown with slightly drooping branches, reaching significant size at maturity. The medium-sized fruits have a variable shape from oblate to barrel-shaped, are often asymmetrical, and have characteristic ribs.

The ground color of the skin is greenish-yellow with red stripes. The flesh is greenish-white, juicy, with a sweet-and-sour taste. Harvest maturity occurs in September; the fruits are suitable for storage until February.

The variety is hardy and has low susceptibility to diseases. It is used as a table variety, as well as for cooking, baking, juice production, and in landscape plantings.
