The variety is a columnar form of apple tree with a rather vigorous growth type. The crown is characterized by moderate branching, with a tendency of branches to become bare, which requires regular pruning to maintain the shape of the tree.

Fruits have a broad conical shape, dark red color, and shiny skin. The fruit flesh is greenish, sweet and sour in taste, with medium juiciness. The crop matures at the end of September, and the fruits are capable of being stored until January-February.

The plant possesses good winter hardiness, including resistance of flowers to spring frosts. The variety demonstrates resistance to powdery mildew and medium resistance to scab. The fruits are versatile and suitable for fresh consumption or processing into juices and compotes.
