The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and forms a high-pyramidal crown with a central leader and drooping branches. The variety is triploid, which makes it a poor pollinator for other varieties. Fruits are medium to large in size and have a spherical or barrel-shaped, often irregular shape. The ground color of the skin is green or greenish-yellow, with a reddish or brownish-red blush on the sunny side. The flesh is greenish-white, firm, and very juicy.

The tree has good resistance to scab and powdery mildew, but it can be susceptible to fruit tree canker on heavy soils. Fruits are prone to water core and bitter pit, have low keeping quality, and must be processed quickly after harvest. The variety contains a large amount of phenolic compounds and is valued for its high juice yield. Fresh consumption is considered unsuitable due to the high acid content.
