The tree reaches a height of 2–4 meters and forms a well-branched crown. The variety is a chance seedling that adapts well to various soil types, including dry ones, and can be grown at medium altitudes.

Harvest and consumer maturity of the fruits occur in September; the storage period is limited to the end of October – beginning of November. The fruits are small or medium in size and are colored yellow-red with characteristic stripes.

The variety is versatile in use: it is suitable for fresh consumption and for various types of culinary processing. Due to its undemanding nature, it is often found in home gardens.
