The tree of this variety is characterized by very vigorous growth and a spreading crown that requires proper shaping. The variety is relatively resistant to most common diseases, but shows susceptibility to apple tree canker.

The fruits are large, ranging from round to slightly flattened in shape. The ground color of the skin is yellow-green, complemented by a bright red blush and stripes. The flesh is yellowish-white, juicy, with an aromatic sweet-and-sour taste. During heat treatment, the fruits break down easily.

The variety belongs to the late summer or autumn group, reaching harvest maturity in September. The consumption period for the fruits lasts from October to February. The variety is of universal use and is highly valued in cooking for the preparation of baked goods and puree.
