Fruits are medium-sized, round and slightly flattened, covered with a dark red blush on 90–100% of the surface, often with a waxy bloom. The flesh is semi-firm, crisp, white to cream-colored, and distinguished by high juiciness. The taste is sweet, with moderate acidity and hints of strawberry.

Tree of medium height with a spreading crown and spur-type bearing. The variety is highly productive, beginning to bear fruit at an early age. The harvest ripens in late September, fruits hold well on the branches and store in a refrigerator for about two months.

The variety is susceptible to scab and moderately susceptible to fire blight, while exhibiting resistance to rust. Used primarily in fresh form, as well as for making sauces and purees. Due to its long flowering period, it is used as a pollinator.
