The tree is moderately vigorous with a spreading crown, entering production in the 4–5th year. The variety is a triploid with sterile pollen, requiring the presence of pollinator varieties. Fruits ripen in mid to late September or early October; they are sensitive to spring frosts and prone to dropping and cracking.

Fruits are medium to large in size, conical and bumpy in shape, yellow-green in color with an orange-red blush and frequent russeting of the skin. The flesh is yellowish, firm, juicy, and coarse-grained. The variety is versatile, suitable for fresh consumption, making juices, cider, and culinary processing.

Fruits store for up to 4–5 months, during which time their flavor becomes more balanced. The variety is considered difficult to grow due to high susceptibility to scab and canker.
