The tree is medium-sized, reaching a height of 3–4 meters, with a rounded spreading crown. The variety enters fruiting quickly and is characterized by high productivity. The plant shows high resistance to scab, fire blight and canker, but is sensitive to powdery mildew. It is self-sterile and requires the presence of pollinator varieties such as Dous Moën and Judor.

The fruits are small or medium-sized, weighing 40–60 g, and have a flattened-globose shape. The skin is green, yellowing upon maturation, sometimes with a slight red blush. The flesh is whitish-green, juicy, and has a sour taste with a slight bitterness. Due to its acidity, the variety is used in cider blends, as well as for the preparation of juices, jellies and vinegar.
