The tree is medium-sized, vigorous, reaching a height of about 6 meters, though dwarf forms exist. The variety is not self-fertile and requires pollinator trees that bloom during the same period. It is characterized by a tendency toward biennial bearing, which is corrected by fruit thinning.

Fruits are medium to large in size, conical or round in shape, often with slight ribbing. The flesh is white, juicy, and soft, with a subtle aroma. The variety is not intended for long-term storage due to rapid fruit softening. It is used for making purées, sauces, fillings, and beverages.

The variety possesses resistance to powdery mildew, but is susceptible to scab and fire blight.
