The MOSTLOT variety, also known as Ross dël Mostlòt, is autochthonous to the Piedmont region. The original form was discovered in the Mostlot settlement, Bagnolo Piemonte municipality.

The tree has moderate to weak vigor, a semi-spur growth habit, and upright branch orientation. Fruiting occurs primarily on spurs.

Flowering is early, occurring in the second week of April. Fruits ripen late, in the third ten-day period of October. They are small in size, have a short truncate-conical symmetrical shape with a ribbed profile.
