Must Gala is a clone of the Gala apple tree, characterized by a brighter red blush on the fruit. The tree is of a semi-dwarf type, although the final dimensions depend heavily on the parameters of the rootstock used.

The fruits have a sweet taste and crisp flesh, characteristic of the Gala group. The variety is intended for fresh consumption, export, and long-term storage in specialized cold storage facilities.
