The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and a spreading crown. The variety is partially self-fertile and prone to biennial bearing. Harvesting is carried out in mid-October; the fruits maintain freshness until March.

The fruits are large, round-conical in shape. The skin is greenish-yellow with an orange-red blush and stripes; the flesh has a creamy yellow color and a coarse-grained structure. The taste is tart when fresh and becomes milder after storage.

The variety is resistant to scab and canker, but is susceptible to powdery mildew and bitter pit. The fruits are well-suited for culinary processing, including baking and making purée, as they soften well when heated.
