Variety description

The variety was obtained as a result of cross-pollination of the Honeycrisp and Cripps Pink varieties. The first fruiting was recorded in 2007.

The fruits have a flat-round shape and an average size of about 7.7 cm in diameter. The skin is covered with an intense red blush by 95–100% and has visible lenticels. Flowers at the 'balloon' stage are distinguished by a purple hue. One-year-old shoots have medium or large thickness.

The variety is early relative to the parent forms; harvesting in Washington state is carried out in early October. The fruits are intended for fresh consumption. The variety is characterized as sensitive to 1-MCP exposure, which can provoke flesh browning, and requires storage in a controlled atmosphere.
