The variety is a winter type; fruit harvest maturity occurs in late September to early October. The fruits weigh between 150 and 450 g, and their skin is colored an intense red-carmine with a distinct blush. The flesh is cream-colored, possesses a moderately sweet taste with a slight tartness and aroma.

Plant height is determined by the rootstock used and the crown training method. The variety has good winter hardiness. Data on resistance to fungal diseases are characterized as contradictory.
