The tree has medium to above-medium vigor and is capable of self-regulating fruit bearing. Bearing occurs mainly on spurs and slender twigs. The variety possesses genetic resistance to scab due to the Vf gene and shows tolerance to powdery mildew.

The fruits are truncate-conical in shape, have a yellowish ground color with a brick-red overcolor and thin glossy skin. The yellowish-white flesh is juicy, with a sweet taste, 11–13% sugar content and a subtle aroma. Harvesting is carried out in the second half of September; the fruits retain their properties for more than 2 months under normal conditions.
