Variety description

Tree of medium size, requiring pollinator varieties. Fruits are flat-spherical or truncate-conical in shape, of medium or large size. Skin is golden-yellow with an intense blush, characteristic netting or star-shaped russeting.

Flesh is light yellow, juicy, tender, with a wine-sweet taste. Harvest maturity of fruits occurs in the second half of September or October, consumption maturity starts from December, they can be stored until April.

The variety is demanding of growing conditions, prefers warm, fertile and moderately moist soils. On unsuitable sites, fruits are prone to cracking and scab infection. Fruits are for table use, suitable for cooking and cider production.
