The tree is medium-sized, with a broadly rounded, spreading crown. Shoots are thickened, reddish-brown, and pubescent. Fruits have a flat-spherical or broadly conical shape, often with five folds at the calyx, and a mass of 100 to 185 g.

The fruit skin is thin, almost transparent, light green or wax-yellow, sometimes with a slight blush. The light yellow flesh is distinguished by juiciness, firmness, and a subtle wine-like flavor with moderate acidity.

The variety is classified as late-winter, with the harvest taking place in mid- or late October. Fruits can be stored until June. The tree is characterized by resistance to major diseases and high winter hardiness, but it is sensitive to drought and prone to fruit drop before harvest.

The apple tree is of universal use; the fruits are consumed fresh and used for processing. In modern gardening, the variety is mainly preserved in historical orchards and collections.
