The variety is a variation of the Roter Gravensteiner group and is officially registered as a separate clone. The trees are characterized by vigorous growth and the formation of large, widely spreading crowns.

The fruits ripen in August and possess juicy flesh and a sweet-and-sour taste. At the same time, the variety is distinguished by high sensitivity of the fruits to pressure and a tendency to drop before full maturity.

Due to early flowering, the trees are sensitive to late spring frosts and require specific growing conditions. The variety is primarily intended for fresh consumption.
