The variety is a sport of the old Goldparmäne apple tree, which originated in the mid-20th century. The tree is characterized by medium to strong vigor, reaching from 3 to 8 meters depending on the rootstock, and has an upright, wide crown.

The fruits are medium-sized and round or slightly elongated in shape. The ground color is yellow or yellow-green, over which a bright orange-red blush appears. The firm and juicy flesh has a distinct nutty flavor.

Harvesting takes place in September, and the fruits are suitable for consumption from October to December or January. The variety is considered demanding in terms of care and is prone to apple scab, powdery mildew, European fruit tree canker, and is sensitive to the woolly apple aphid. The fruits are versatile in use: they are suitable for fresh consumption, baking, drying, and juice production.
