The tree is vigorous, forming a large, broadly spreading, light-colored crown, reaching a height of 4.5 to 9 meters. The variety is triploid, has early and prolonged flowering, is sensitive to late spring frosts, and is a poor pollen donor.

Fruits are medium to large in size, often irregular in shape with broad ribs. The ground color of the skin is greenish-yellow; the overcolor is bright red or dark red in the form of stripes or a solid flush. The flesh is yellowish-white, tender, juicy, with a strong aroma and a sweet-and-sour taste.

The variety belongs to the summer group, ripening from late August. Late entry into bearing and pronounced biennial bearing are noted. The plant is susceptible to scab and powdery mildew; fruits are prone to dropping, sensitive to pressure, and have a short shelf life of up to two months.
