Variety description

The variety was obtained as a result of crossing the varieties Topaz and selection number UEB 2732/2. The tree has medium to strong growth vigor, the crown is branched and spreading, and fruiting occurs on long wood.

Harvesting begins in October, and the fruits store until March-April. The apples are medium to large in size, spherical or flat-spherical in shape with a yellow ground color and a red blush. The flesh is firm, juicy, with a pronounced aroma and a sugar-to-acid ratio of 14:1.

The variety possesses monogenic resistance to scab, is resistant to fire blight, and is tolerant to powdery mildew. The fruits hold firmly to the tree and are not prone to premature drop. It is intended for fresh consumption and culinary processing.
