The variety is a compact clone (spur mutation) of the 'Rubín' variety. The tree is characterized by short internodes, thickened shoots, and dense placement of fruit wood on two-year-old branches. The variety is suitable for home gardens due to the ease of training and minimal pruning requirements.

Fruits are large or very large, round in shape, without ribs. The skin is smooth, shiny, green-yellow in color with a carmine-red diffused blush and striping. The flesh is cream-colored, juicy, crisp, with a pleasant aroma and a sweet taste.

Harvest maturity of the fruits occurs in late September, consumer maturity from October, and they keep until January. The variety has moderate resistance to fungal diseases and moderate regular yields.
