The Rubinola tree is characterized as vigorous or medium-vigorous, forming a wide-rounded or dome-shaped crown prone to thickening. The variety possesses genetic resistance to scab and tolerance to powdery mildew. It requires regular crown formation and pruning.

The fruits are medium to large in size, weighing from 160 to 250 g, and have a round-oval or flat-round shape. The skin of the fruits is yellow with an intense red-orange or bright red blush. The flesh is creamy, firm, juicy, and crisp.

The variety belongs to the late-summer or early-winter group; harvesting begins in September. The fruits are dessert-quality, suitable for fresh consumption and culinary processing. The storage period in refrigerator conditions is up to 5 months.
