The Rubra Precoce variety is a vigorous tree with a spreading crown and high productivity. The fruit ripening period occurs in mid-August, which places the variety in the summer maturity group.

The medium-to-large sized fruits have a slightly flattened shape and red or light red skin coloration. The fruit flesh is white, firm, fine-grained, and juicy, possessing a sweet taste and a distinct aroma. The fruits are intended for fresh consumption.
