Fruits of this variety reach an average weight of about 125 g and have a conical or round-conical shape with 3–5 distinct ribs. The fruit flesh has a sweet and sour, "wine" flavor. The harvest is collected in mid-September; the fruits retain their consumer qualities until December and possess average transportability.

The plant is characterized by good winter hardiness, but has average resistance to scab. The variety is traditionally used in gardening as a type adapted to local conditions and is also used as a parent form in breeding programs.
